The City of Fort Walton Beach Tennis Center opened its 2026 Summer Camp on June 1, and the first week delivered everything campers and families were hoping for. Kids ages 5 to 16 took to the newly renovated courts for a week of skill-building drills, games and plenty of smiles under the guidance of RSPA Professional Certified coaches.

The energy was high from day one as campers of all skill levels worked on their game in a fun, encouraging environment. From beginners learning the basics to intermediate players fine-tuning their technique, the coaching staff tailored activities to make sure every camper was challenged and having a great time.
The freshly resurfaced courts, completed earlier this year as part of a $120,600 renovation investment by USTA Florida, provided the perfect setting for a summer of tennis.
Camp runs through July 31, Monday through Friday, with half-day (9 AM to 12 PM) and full-day (9 AM to 5 PM) options still available. Weekly rates are $152 for half-day and $269 for full-day, with multi-week discounts offered for families looking to keep the fun going all summer long. Single-day options are also available at $45 for half-day and $76 for full-day, perfect for families who want to give camp a try before signing up for a full week.

If your child hasn’t signed up yet, there is still time to jump in and be part of an action-packed summer on the courts. To register or learn more, visit fwbtenniscenter.com.
We can’t wait to see even more kids on the courts this summer!
